The Architecture, Urbanism, and the Humanities Initiative (AUHI) comprises a group of designers, theorists, and historians at the University of Hong Kong. Collectively, we work to understand how buildings and cities shape our relationship to each other and to the world at large.

Founded in 1997, CAMEA's establishment coincided with major shifts in people's attitudes towards the built environment caused by unsettling changes in three areas: environment, technology, and culture.

DOCOMOMO Hong Kong
A Docomomo Hong Kong chapter was established in August 2012 by a group of interested community members, each of whom is also affiliated with a number of the city's major architectural educational and professional organisations, including The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CHUK), The University of Hong Kong (HKU), HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU-SPACE), the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), and the Hong Kong Institute of Architectural Conservationists (HKISON)

SOUTHEAST ASIA ARCHITECTURE RESEARCH COLLABORATIVE (SEAARC)
The Southeast Asia Architecture Research Collaborative (SEAARC) is a group based at the Department of Architecture, National University of Singapore. SEAARC was founded by three faculty members – (in alphabetical order) Dr. Chang Jiat Hwee, Dr. Imran Bin Tajudeen, Dr. Lee Kah Wee – to promote the teaching and research of the built environment in Southeast Asia.
